Applicability
These terms apply to every quote, agreement and delivery of a digital advent calendar by Adventcadeau. Any deviations apply only when we confirm them in writing.
Service and delivery
We deliver a branded digital advent calendar per campaign, not a recurring subscription. The client provides content and brand assets in good time so the calendar can go live before 1 December.
Pricing and payment
Prices apply per calendar/campaign, exclude VAT and scale with the number of recipients. You pay online when you buy, by iDEAL or card, and receive an invoice straight away. Enterprise is invoiced based on the quote.
Use and intellectual property
The client keeps the rights to their own logo, content and brand style. The platform, templates and underlying technology remain the property of Adventcadeau.
Liability
We work hard to provide a reliable service but are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant campaign.
